Pre-workout drink: Vanilla Protein

35g vanilla whey protein

8 oz water

Post workout meal/Brunch:

Low carb: Steak with Broccoli and Green Beans on the side.

Snack1:


Low carb: Tuna on apple slices

Snack2:

5 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 banana

Dinner:

Salad with roasted beef and boiled egg

Snack:

Ice cream! πŸ˜‚
