My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2019


I dragged myself out of bed this morning just because I want to make a habit of waking up before noon. Now that I am getting older (but not old coz I stopped counting when I'm reached 25 ๐Ÿ˜), I want my days to be more productive. Of course, their will be lazy days but I will try my best to sleep for more than 15 hours, hahahaha!

Around 7:30 am

I did a 30 minute yoga and after I made a warm green tea. I am not a big fan of warm green tea, I prefer it iced so, I added one teaspoon of honey in my cup.

Then, I made some coffee, the best time of the day!

10:40 am

I went to the gym and jog on the treadmill for about forty five minutes. No weight workout for me today, just cardio. Sometimes, I feel like I can't workout because my head tells me so but when I start working out, I can just go on for hours.

I got back to my place, got cleaned and started to get ready to out.

12 noon

I got to the mall at lunch time but I wasn't hungry yet so I grabbed a coffee at Starbucks. My third coffee of the day!

After I finished my coffee I went to the other branch of Mexican restaurant in the went to last night but I didn't get any margarita, just lunch. ๐Ÿ˜„

3pm onwards

I am back home and called one of my friends while walking around the house with peanut butter on right hand. I had to end the call because of this...

Oh no! I finished my Peanutbutter! Guess how many days did it last?

It's 7pm

I have to make dinner. Am making some burgers tonight ๐Ÿ˜‹. Then I will continue watching my Netflix TV series, Dynasty.
