✔️ 10 minutes back workout

✔️ 30 minutes triceps workout

✔️ 30 minutes jog on the treadmill

✔️ 10 minutes elliptical

✔️ 15 minutes rowing

✔️ 30 minutes Yoga

I don't really have much to write other than, it was a very tiring day spending time at the gym and outside while taking breaks to check my notifications on @partiko and played my drugwars.
