My Actifit Report Card: February 26 2019

✔️ Walking

✔️ Jogging

✔️ Stretching

I only made one coffee just enough to wake me up and have energy to workout.

Still recovering from sore muscles so I did a light workout, walking and jogging around the community around 8 in the morning.

I didn't make my protein shake because it's making me bloated. 😫 That's what happens when you're lactose intolerant.

So, I had two cups of tea and I also went in the sauna.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.
