✔️ Jogging

✔️ Walking around the community

✔️ House Chores: Washing dishes and Cooking

I wasn't feeling good this morning after eating all the junk food yesterday. I had three coffees but it barely gave me energy and I skipped my protein shake because of the one I bought has more carbs.

So I took some naps and pushed myself to move around. I went outside and sat by the pool and the weather was beautiful so I decided to go for a jog around the community. After my jog I felt so much better!
