My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019

✔️ Jogging around the community

✔️ Jogging on the treadmill

✔️ leg workout

✔️ 100 jumping jacks

✔️ Stretching

If you like to stay up well beyond midnight just like I used, it'll be difficult to wake up early in the morning.

When the new year kicked in, my sleeping schedule changed. I guess it's because I have more things to do now.

Today, I went to the gym and got a really good workout. I hope your day went well.
