My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2019

I did my workout at my place after having my protein shake with coffee booster. Whenever I can take a break, I stretched and do a some breathing exercises. It's a good way to clear my head and I can focus more once I get back to what I was doing on my desktop.

I needed to finish some documents on my laptop and I also had some trades on going and the market was crazy today.

Even though I know I'd be busy, I always make sure I take time to exercise, there should be no excuse if I want to be fit and healthy, I hope you are the same.

It doesn't take long to do a good workout. Anything that you feel like doing even just for 15 minutes!

I made some mashed potatoes, buttered cabbage and pork barbecue for a late lunch. Also had some candies, it was marshmallow inside a biscuit coated with milk chocolate, it was okay, just way too sweet for me.

In between my trades, I was also building my empire on drugwars and did some battles. Sorry for those I attacked today, I had to make up with my losses the other day. ✌️😁
