Cardio + Core Workout + Three-Hour Massage!

✔️ 5 minutes treadmill

✔️ 5 minutes rowing machine

✔️ 3 minutes elliptical

✔️ 3 minutes bicycle

✔️ Core workout:

  • leg raise
  • crunches
  • reverse crunch
  • sit-up

I did each workout until muscle failure, meaning until it can't do another repetition!
I won't be able to write a long report because I have so many things to finish tonight and right now, my sister, @gerel and I are a little stress because of the sudden update of @drugwars... We're getting a three hour whole body massage!!!
