My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2019

✔️ 2:34 minutes on the rowing machine

✔️ 5 minutes Run and walk on the treadmill

✔️ Bodyweight workout

✔️ Stretching

My sister, @gerel and I went to the gym together. It's her first time working out with weights again ever since she got here about two weeks ago. I wanted her to focus on her diet before the workout routine.

I did some cardio on the treadmill and rowing machine.

My sister finished her workout first and she went in the sauna, while did some bodyweight workout and stretching after.

She's doing pretty good, she's been eating well, very less carbs and she's fasting at least 20hrs a day.

I finished at 1:30 with my actifit and in a little bit, will spend some time with my sister by the pool.
