Actifit + Fit Meal Combo!

Today, it was feeling better. I guess the pill was wearing off. After I finished my coffee I did some house chores and finished my food blog then, I went outside to go on a jog around the community.

By the time I finished my jog, I was back on my normal energy and have a full appetite!

Look at that meal above! Something magical happened in the kitchen today. I made some pork chop pan seared that was marinaded over night with some worcestershire sauce and oregano. Cook it in a non-stick pan with olive oil in low heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

For the veggies, sauteed garlic-buttered green beans and boiled potatoes and carrots.

Saute the garlic in generous amount of butter then add the beans just after a minute. Stir once every minute but don't over stir. Cook for about three minutes in low heat.

Later this afternoon I went to the gym to do more cardio since I only got less than 5k on my actifit.

I use the elliptical, rowing machine and treadmill.
