Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
I spent almost two hours at the gym today half of it was spent time chatting with one of my neighbor! 😁 So when she left, we was able to start with my workout!
I did legs and glutes with weights and also finish with just bodyweight. I haven't really been lifting this past months because I don't really enjoy the type of machines we have at the gym downstairs, not like the previous gym I used to go to, but my membership already expired and am trying to circle down my expenses so many haven't more savings.
I didn't do a lot of cardio because my started lifting after stretching and I put my phone down a lot because it's uncomfortable wearing it while weight lifting.
Then I spent almost thirty minutes making meal, from washing the lettuce, patting it with paper towels, chopping all the veggies and cooking my stakes. Then doing the dishes and cleaning up the counters. Heck of a day at the kitchen ha!
