βœ”οΈ Upper body workout: (sets of 3)

  • total of 15 push ups
  • 15 bicep curls
  • 15 tricep extensions
  • 15 dumbbell rows
  • 15 later raises
  • 25 shoulder press
  • 10 chest rows
  • 10 lat pulldowns

βœ”οΈ Core workout

1 minute:

  • plank
  • reverse crunches
  • ab crunches
  • hip rotation

βœ”οΈ Calves Workout

βœ”οΈ 15 minutes walk on the treadmill

βœ”οΈ Stretching
