Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
After loading up some complex carbs yesterday, I did a another full body workout for almost two hours just bodyweight.
I downloaded this seven app, it's a workout plan app, you can customize your workout depending on your level, weather beginner, intermediate or advanced. I learned this app from reading an article about Jack Dorsey's workout routine. I only did few workout from the app today since the type of workout I wanted is not available on free mode. Hmmmm... I think it might be a good motivation for me for days that am lazy to workout 😂
After the gym, I was starving so I had a big bowl of salad and a full plate of boneless chicken thighs, which is not in the picture because it was just piled up on the plate! 😅
