Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
I started my warm up on the treadmill for a total of 7 minutes, interval of one min run and two mins walk.
Then I did leg workout;
- 15 lunges with 30 pounds dumbbell on each shoulder, 2 reps
- 20 lunges with 20 pounds dumbbell on each shoulder, 2 reps
- 45 pounds barbell squat, 2 sets of 5 reps
- bodyweight lunges until failure
Finished my workout on the treadmill.
For my post workout meal l, I had a thick slice of sirloin steak with lots of butter! 🥩😋
Dinner was a simple salad. 😉👌
Overall, I think I had good workout today.
