My Actifit | April 21 2019

I started my warm up on the treadmill for a total of 7 minutes, interval of one min run and two mins walk.

Then I did leg workout;

  • 15 lunges with 30 pounds dumbbell on each shoulder, 2 reps
  • 20 lunges with 20 pounds dumbbell on each shoulder, 2 reps
  • 45 pounds barbell squat, 2 sets of 5 reps
  • bodyweight lunges until failure

Finished my workout on the treadmill.

For my post workout meal l, I had a thick slice of sirloin steak with lots of butter! ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ˜‹

Dinner was a simple salad. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘Œ

Overall, I think I had good workout today.
