Today's Fitness Activities & What I Eat On Normal Days

1st exercise:

2 minutes elliptical
100 half squat with 30 pounds dumbbell
2x repetition
10 seconds rest

2nd exercise:

25 dumbbell swing
2 minutes elliptical
2x repetition
10 seconds rest

3rd exercise:

15 leg raises
15 crunch
2x repetition

Last workout:

Total of 3 minutes calves with 25 pounds dumbbell

5 minutes Stretching

For dinner, I had left over steak tips (which am going to share the recipe tomorrow) and I put it in my salad 😋

I did some house chores and then, I went on a walk at dusk until I got tired.
