Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
I've been working three days in a row now, although I didn't post my activities for the past few days because I haven't been doing a lot cardio. Mostly weightlifting or if I ever do cardio it's only in a short period of time.
Today, I did a 30 minute cardio, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the elliptical.
Then, workout my back using different machines at the gym for about 15 minutes and finished up with a quick stretching.
