My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2020

I decided to use my actifit app today because and did an experiment. I wanted to know how long it would take me to reach 5k just on the treadmill so, here it is...

Although, on my actifit app it shows I used the app less than the time it's showing on the treadmill, about 8 minutes difference. I only used the actifit app while doing cardio on the treadmill.

Anyways, it was nice to know that I could hit the 5k target without draining my phone battery. Maybe I should start using again my @actifit app whenever I am in the mood to go on the treadmill and just do cardio for about an hour.

  • Lunch : Stir-fried pork and basil, 2 pcs fried eggs, stir-fried broccoli, boiled carrots and potatoes
  • Snack: 4 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 crackers
  • Dinner: 2 breaded baked fish, boiled carrots and potatoes
  • Dessert : half cup peanut butter and 5 crackers
