Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
Today, I use @actifit a little bit longer. After using it while on the treadmill for 15 minutes and I opened it again when I was at the hospital, walking around the community, also when I did my grocery shopping today.
(Fasting Ended at 1:18pm )
- Lunch : half baked chicken thigh, and teo boiled plantains, chicken soup
- Snack1: 1 cup boiled peanuts, 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- Snack2: 1 cup boiled peanuts
- Dinner: half baked chicken breast, and three boiled plantains
- Dessert : peanut butter on banana and peanut butter sandwich
(Fasting started at 7:02 pm)
