Activies:
Walked around the community and used the treadmill

Meals🍴

(Fasting Ended at 12:36pm )

  • Lunch : Sald, sautéed cabbage and carrots, spicy fried chicken

  • Snack: fresh Banana, bread pudding, boiled peanuts

  • Dinner: chicken menudo

  • Dessert : peanut butter sandwich, 2 snickers, dark chocolate macadamia

(Fasting started at 4:09 pm)
