My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2020


  • Walked and jogged around the community early morning
  • used the treadmill twice


(Fasting Ended at 3pm )

  • Lunch : pan-seared chicken strips with squash and carrots & 2 boiled eggs
  • Snack: peanut butter sandwich
  • Dinner: chicken schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce
  • Dessert : peanut butter sandwich

(Fasting started at 5:30 pm)
