Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
It's a beautiful cloudy and windy day when I went outside for my my morning brisk walk.
Just before 12 noon, I reached over 5k so closed the app to save some battery on my phone.
About 30 minutes after having my second coffee with protein powder, I headed to the gym and did my second workout of the day.
Warm up on the treadmill for 15 minutes while acfit app is on, but I had to put away my phone when I did my weight training.
Past five in the afternoon, I went outside for a long nice walk. I spending outside whenever I can right after the sun sets and a cool breeze in the air, doesn't feel like am in the Philippines. 😉
(Fasting Ended at 3pm )
- Lunch : tuna and egg salad with mayo and lemon dressing
- Snack: macadamia dark chocolate bar
- Dinner: chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, 1 Sunnyside up
- Dessert : 5 tablespoons peanut butter
(Fasting started at 5:10pm)
