Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
Started my morning fitness with a light workout, did a lot streching. Walked on the treadmill while having my second coffee of the day. The gym was empty today, so it felt way too cold inside. My workout on the treadmill lasted about 15 minutes and I headed outside and did another 15 minutes walk around the community.
Today was supposed to be a rest day for weight training but I wasn't satisfied with my workout, plus I overloaded on carbs so I decided to do 100 kettlebell swing in my place (50reps, 2 sets).

- Lunch : baked chicken thigh, broccoli and beans rice combo
- Snack: 2 oatmeal peanut butter cookie, handful of nuts, whey protein drink
- Dinner: Pasta
- Dessert : 2 oatmeal peanut butter cookies, peanut butter on cracker
(Fasting started at 6:10 pm)
