Fitness: 1 Hour Treadmill & Four Minute Core Workout

My actifit app didn't work today, I had it on all day but I only got less than 1k activities.

I went on a jog for an hour on the treadmill and fini9 off with the 7 minute app with the following exercises:

Plank
Side Plank
Crunches

Just repetition for 60 seconds for each exercises with just 10 seconds rest in between.
