For lunch, I made a pan-seared dolphin fish or also called mahi-mahi. Super easy and delicious, I just let the fish get to room temperature then sprinkled some spices. Cook in butter with a little bit lemon juice, two and a half minutes on each side. Done!
Since there was a lot of butter left in the pan, I sautéed some onions because I didn't want to waste those flavors! It was just so good.
I served it over garden salad with lemon juice and olive dressing. Voila! Happy tummy!
