Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
If you noticed, I've been posting more about my fitness activities. I don't stay at the gym for a very long time unlike before, that way I don't get burned out so easy.
I like working out 15 minutes to an hour max and I make sure I workout at least four times a week when am not away traveling.
Of course, being healthy doesn't onky means staying active, also mindful of what we eat... A balanced diet. I stared using again my juicer and make a couple of airtight jars for the next day.
Listen to you body, after all, no one knows it better than you do! Am I right, or am I right?
Today I did a 30 minute shoulder workout, using dumbbells and finished off with a quick stretching. Who else did a weight training today?
