When I think of Salad, I think of an exceptionally fresh mix of different vegetables maybe and anything else that you could include in the salad.

For today's salad I added the following ingredients:

Romaine lettuce
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Dried cranberries
Black and white quinoa
Chopped pecans

Dressing: Vinaigrette
