Lazy But Not Lazy!

I am lazy to write a full blog but, I have 101% energy to workout and move around! ๐Ÿ˜‚

How's your day? Mine was full of energy!

After I had coffee in my favorite spot of our place- the balcony. I made my protein shake and headed outside.

I stretched for 15 minutes, I went on a jog around the community and headed to the the gym.

I workout my back and biceps for about 45 minutes. It's perfect combo because those muscles requires pulling.

I also workout my calves for about 30 minutes. I try to workout my calves almost every day, even when am brushing my teeth. ๐Ÿ˜‚ It's important to exercise your calves because it will give your legs a proportional look. That's what makes those legs look more sexy. Trust me! ๐Ÿ˜‰ And when you do not train your calf muscles regularly, it loses strength that you need to support your fitness activities.
