Let's Put On Some Muscles! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Another quick workout at the gym putting all the weights that I can lift. I don't like going through the same motion every day so, I do different workouts, every day of the week.

I also, have to make sure 8 take some day off, need some time to recover. I usually do this on weekends and days that I can enjoy some junk foods, ahaha! You have to live a life you know! ๐Ÿ˜…

Few years back, I had better workout routines, specially for my back. Since we moved to our new place and have our gym downstairs, it was never the same workouts.

Since I workout alone most of the time, I find it hard to get the motivation I need compared to working out with other people, even if don't talk to them. It's just nice to see other people pushing their limits. When you see others lifting crazy weights, it inspires you and motivates you to do better on your workouts, right?

Today, I my back workout on the machine until I can't do another set.
