Low Carb Meal: Pan Seared Chicken With Creamy Sauce & Steamed Broccoli

Hello, Steemians!!

I'd like to share with you this healthy dish that you can make at home. You can also prepare this ahead of time and save it the fridge so can just heat it up for later and it'll still be delicious.


Serving size: 1


Two big slices boneless chicken
1 cup broccoli heads
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/8 cup all-purpose cream
1/8 cup of water
red pepper flakes
black ground pepper


  1. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Steam the broccoli for about 5-6 minutes.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, heat up another pan on low heat. Add butter. Whisk all-purpose cream and water. Then add the red pepper flakes, dash of salt and pepper.

Cooking Notes:

Make sure chicken is at room temperature
