Made A Lazy Post-Workout Meal... But Sure Is Full Of Nutrients!

Just a mix of everything... Avocado, soft boiled egg, tuna, and lettuce. I forgot to grab my fork! 😁

I also had one banana, another whole avocado and one homemade protein bomb for snack.

I was going to go out and get a cake and an ice cream but my friend isn't available to hang out today so, I had to postponed and maybe this weekend I'll get my cake and ice cream. 😁
