Trip to Safari & Adventure Park Cebu: I know instead of I should have known! (Part 3)
Yesterday we had a pot luck party and we had so much that it felt like eating at a buffet. Wish I took photos of all the food I ate but no time for that, I was were busy chewing and chatting. 😁
I woke up this morning having a flat belly! Weird right? Then after 17 minutes on the treadmill my little buns were showing off, cool right?
How is it possible?
Well, first, I started eating around 1pm yesterda, it was was non stop eating, because I was at a party and that's what you do, you eat until you can't get up on seat! 😂
I finished eating at 6p then started my fast until 12noon today, so that's 19 hours of fasting. As you know, I have been doing this intermittent fasting for a while now, so my body is used to and get less hungry.
So, those little buns after from HIT on the treadmill. HIT btw means high intensity training, you walk on the treadmill for two minutes and run for 1 minute as fast as you can.
And that's my whole workout, 17 minutes!
I challenge you to try the HIT if you haven't tried it before, and if what a quick workout that burn calories fast. If this is your first doing this, start light. Do 2 minutes walk and run for 30 seconds as fast as you can. Do this for 12 minutes and 2 minutes cool down.
