One of the core workout I've been trying to be better at. Since I love weight lifting specially when doing legs, my lower body always feel heavy and am not a gymnast so it's an achievement unlocked. 😁

I usually can hold my legs and butt up for a sec or two now, I can hold it longer while bringing my lower body down very slowly. 💪
